Sold!

My grandmom's house is sold (well, pending the inspection) and it only took a week and a half!!! The Moe's, our real estate agents, are awesome. They sold our house in a week and a half, Brad's parents' house in a week, and now my granny's house in a week and a half. They actually got above the asking price; what a huge blessing!!
