What do babies need?

Well, as I mentioned earlier, we bought a crib last week. Yea! Now it is time for everything else (car seat, stroller, pack and play, bottles, etc.).

I bought the book, "Baby Bargains" and have really enjoyed reading it, but I would love to hear what real people think. Does anyone have any favorites items they used with their baby (grandbaby, niece, nephew, friend's baby). Also, is there anything you think is a waste of money?
